How does The New Revolutionary Rewards work?
When you join our 5-tiered membership program, JumBurrito Revolutionary Rewards, you can start earning points every time you order the food you love.

Earn points
Receive points with every qualifying purchase. Receive more points per dollar as you reach new membership tiers. Revolutionary Rewards Fresh Level Members receive 5 points while Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum Members receive 6, 7, 8 and 10 points, respectively, for every dollar spent.

Redeem Rewards
Use points to redeem available rewards & offers. Start with 250 Points to get $2.50 Off your total. 500 Points to get $5.00 Off and so forth.

Legacy Members
If you were a Rewards Member before the New Revolutionary Rewards 5-Tiered program, all points earned prior to 01/09/24 have been given a value of $0.10 Rewards Dollars and added to any Rewards Dollar Balance prior to 01/09/24. This Total Rewards value is now available in a stored value account labelled eWallet - Legacy Rewards. You can spend similar to Rewards Dollars. No cash value. Wallet is not reloadable. Legacy Member also need to create a new password when they log in. Select "forgot password" and follow prompts.
Redeem Benefits
Receive additional benefits as you reach new membership tiers, such as surprise rewards from your local JumBurrito restaurant, insider content, bonus point challenges, voting opportunities and more.

5-Tiered Membership Statuses.

Bronze Level Two Status (achieved upon earning 501 points in a year)

Silver Level Three Status (achieved upon earning 1,101 points in a year)

Gold Level Four Status (achieved upon earning 1,801 or more points in a year)

Platinum Level Five Status (achieved upon earning 6,201 or more points in a year)

Membership Tiers. Each Member will be assigned a member tier status: Fresh Level One, Bronze Level Two, Silver Level Three, Gold Level Four or Platinum Level Five (each, a “Membership Tier”) based on the number of Points that Member receives in his/her JumBurrito Revolutionary Rewards member account each year (the “Total Points for Rewards Year”) from that Member’s qualifying purchases and participation in other activities and opportunities during that Rewards Year. Once a Member reaches a certain Membership Tier status, the Member will retain that Membership Tier status for the remainder of that year and the next Rewards Year. Membership Tier status is determined annually, and a Member must meet the requirements for a particular Membership Tier status each Rewards Year or that status will not be maintained. "Total Points for Rewards Year" that qualify you for that Rewards Year, do not roll over to a subsequent Rewards Year for purposes of determining* Membership Tier. **Please note that the balance in "Points" aka "Available Points" refers to Points you have earned, and can redeem, these will be unaffected by "Membership Tier", "Rewards Year" or "Total Points for Rewards Year". JumBurrito reserves the right to change, modify or update the number of Points or other actions and requirements needed to earn each Membership Tier status and benefits.
How does my member tier status change?
As a JumBurrito Revolutionary Rewards member, you receive points with every qualifying purchase. Once you reach a certain number of points, you progress to the next tier. Member tier status is determined annually, and a member must meet the requirements for a particular tier status each year or the status will not be maintained.
Once I receive status as a JumBurrito Bronze Level Two, Silver Level Three, Gold Level or Platinum Level Member, how long does it last?
Member tier status is determined annually, and a member must meet the requirements for a particular member tier status each year or the status will not be maintained. Each year, a member has until December 31st to reach or maintain status. On January 1st, "Total Points for Rewards Year", which track points that count towards tier status, will reset to zero. "Total Points for Rewards Year" do not rollover. ** Please note, your "Points" aka "Available Points" Balance will remain intact. To view your status information, click on "Your Current Status" box that is under "Points" on the JumBurrito Mobile App or when you log in online.
